3 Cheese Spinach Dip Wreath

Ingredients


14 Martin's Party Potato Rolls

Olive oil or butter, for brushing rolls

1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan

2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella

1 Cup Ricotta Cheese

3/4 Cup Frozen Spinach, defrosted and chopped

1/4 Cup Mayonnaise

2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder

1 Teaspoon Salt

Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, for garnish


Directions


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine mozzarella, ricotta, spinach, Parmesan, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and salt and mix until combined.

Step 3

Spoon dip into an oven-proof skillet or pie pan and sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes.

Step 4

Bake until warmed through, bubbly, and golden, 25 to 30 minutes.

Step 5

Arrange Party Potato Rolls on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil or butter and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Parmesan. Bake until golden, about 3-5 minutes.

Step 6

Remove rolls from oven and arrange in a ring around the skillet dip or on a serving platter with the dip in the center.

Serve hot.
