Check out the below #WorldFamous recipes using Martin’s products for some inspiration.

Brazil – Churrasco & Chimichurri Sandwich

If you’ve ever visited Brazil, you have likely eaten in a churrascaria, or Brazilian steakhouse. These restaurants are well-known for their varieties of barbequed meat, or “churrasco.” Our take on this Brazilian tradition features grilled skirt steak and a parsley-garlic-lemon chimichurri sauce on a Martin’s Long Potato Roll.

France – French Onion Soup

This French-inspired dish incorporates beef broth, caramelized onions, and toasted Martin’s Potato Bread croutons topped with gruyere cheese. Serve in individual ramekins after melting the cheese under a broiler.

Germany – Sauerkraut & Pork Roast Sandwich

The classic combination of pork and sauerkraut, served on Martin’s Big Marty’s Rolls – what could be better?

Another classic German dish is Bratwurst

India – Tandoori Chicken Sandwich

This dish is named after the cylindrical clay oven (tandoor) traditionally used in cooking much of Indian cuisine. Our version includes yogurt and spice marinated chicken topped with an herbed mayo mixture and served on Martin’s Sandwich Potato Rolls.

Italy – Bruschetta

Bruschetta is a classic Italian antipasto (starter dish), consisting of grilled bread brushed with olive oil and topped with any of a variety of toppings. This version even mimics the colors of the Italian flag, with toppings of tomato, basil, and parmesan.

Japan – Ahi Tuna Avocado Toasts

Ahi (or yellowfin) tuna is commonly used in Asian dishes such as sashimi, where it is usually served raw. With traditional Asian flavors like miso, ginger, sesame oil, tuna, avocado, and sesame seeds, served atop toasted Martin’s Potato Bread, this appetizer is basically a deconstructed sushi roll (minus the rice).

Spain – Bocadillo Bites

A bocadillo is a Spanish sandwich often served at cafes. Also common at many Spanish restaurants are “tapas” or small appetizers. This recipe combines both – bite sized sandwiches filled with classic Spanish ingredients like Serrano ham and manchego cheese, topped with pickled cherry peppers and served on a sliced Martin’s Hoagie Roll.

USA – Red White & Bleu Burger

America may be a melting pot of many different cultures and cuisines, but one food the U.S. is known for perfecting is the classic hamburger. Add the red (tomato), white, and blue (bleu cheese), and you have yourself an American classic.
