These veggie appetizers are a great way to use up old bread. Take slightly dried Whole Wheat Potato Bread (or put it in a low oven to dry it out a bit), pulse it into breadcrumbs, and make it into a stuffing with onion, parsley, garlic, salt, swiss cheese, and vegetable broth.
