Easter Brunch Sliders

Ingredients


Base:

1 package Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls

Purple Slider (Beet & Whipped Goat Cheese)

¼ cup goat cheese + 1 tablespoon honey, whipped until smooth

1 cup arugula

1 steamed beet, thinly sliced

Optional: ¼ cup toasted walnuts, for topping

Orange Slider (Smoked Salmon & Carrots)

¼ cup onion and chive cream cheese

1 cup baby spinach

½ cup shredded carrots

4 ounces smoked salmon

Optional: 1 tablespoon fresh dill, for topping

Red Slider (Strawberry, Basil & Ricotta)

¼ cup ricotta + 1 tablespoon honey, whipped until smooth

8 fresh basil leaves

½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Optional: 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Blue Slider (Blueberry, Mint & Ricotta)

¼ cup ricotta +1 tablespoon honey, whipped until smooth

½ cup fresh blueberries

2 tablespoons fresh mint, thinly sliced

Optional: 2 tablespoons crushed pistachios, for topping

Green Slider (Turkey, Cucumber & Cream Cheese)

¼ cup onion and chive cream cheese

1 cup baby spinach

6 slices turkey meat

¼ cucumber, thinly sliced


Yield: 12 Sliders

Directions


Step 1

Slice each Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Roll in half.

Step 2

Prepare each slider by spreading the corresponding base spread (whipped goat cheese, cream cheese, or whipped ricotta) on the bottom half of the rolls.

Step 3

Layer with the suggested ingredients for each variation.

Step 4

If using optional toppings, sprinkle or drizzle them over the assembled sliders.

Step 5

Spread the corresponding base spread (whipped goat cheese, cream cheese, or whipped ricotta) on the top half of the rolls.

Step 6

Place the top half of the roll over the ingredients and serve.
