Whipped Cinnamon Pumpkin Honey Butter

Ingredients


2 Sticks of Softened Butter

6 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree

4 Tablespoons Honey

1 Teaspoon Vanilla

¾ Teaspoon Cinnamon

Martin's Cinnamon-Raisin Butter Bread, for serving


Serves: 10-12

Directions


Step 1

In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat the butter until smooth.

Step 2

Add cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of pumpkin puree and combine. Continue beating while adding 1 tablespoon of pumpkin puree every 30 seconds.

Step 3

Once all the pumpkin puree is well combined, add honey and vanilla. Beat for approximately 2 minutes, or until thick and fluffy.

Step 4

Serve Whipped Cinnamon Pumpkin Honey Butter on Martin’s Cinnamon-Raisin Butter Bread.

Step 5

Refrigerate leftover butter in a sealed container.
