4 Martin's Sandwich Potato Rolls
Jalapeno Slices
Spices and Seasonings of your choice
Cheese Slices, if desired
Barbecue Sauce, if desired

Directions
Step 1
Season brisket with desired spices, such as onion powder, garlic powder, dry mustard, cayenne pepper, chili powder, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Cook brisket using your favorite method (such as braising in an oven or slow cooker, or traditional smoking methods).
Step 3
Slice or chop cooked brisket into small pieces and pile onto sandwich rolls.
Step 4
Top with barbecue sauce and jalapeños. Add cheese or other toppings if desired.
