Butter BreadIngredients
1/2 Cup White Sugar
2 Tablespoons Flour
1 Pinch Salt
3 Eggs, beaten
4 Tablespoons Butter, melted
1 (20 Ounce) Can Crushed Pineapple, plus juice
3-4 Slices Martin’s Old-Fashioned Real Butter Bread, cut into cubes
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Serves: 6
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 1 quart baking dish.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, flour and salt.
Step 3
Add eggs, melted butter, pineapple and juice. Mix well.
Step 4
Add bread crumbs to baking dish and toss with cinnamon. Pour pineapple mixture over-top of bread. Bake for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Enjoy!
