1 Cup of Your Favorite BBQ Sauce (or use recipe below)*
2 Cups Prepared Vinegar-Based Coleslaw (or use recipe below)*
8 All-Beef Hot Dogs
8 Martin’s Long Potato Rolls
1 Cup BBQ, Salt & Vinegar, or Plain Potato Chips, slightly crushed

Directions
Step 1
*To prepare homemade BBQ Sauce, combine below ingredients in a medium saucepan over low heat. Bring to simmer and heat for 15-20 minutes until thickened and the flavors are fully incorporated. Remove from heat and set aside.
— 1 Cup Ketchup
— 2 Large Garlic Cloves, minced
— 2 Tablespoons Dark Brown Sugar
— 1 Tablespoon Honey
— 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
— 2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
— ¼ Cup Beef Stock
— 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
— Salt and Pepper, to taste
Step 2
*To prepare coleslaw, mix together the below ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to combine.
— 2 Cups Cabbage, finely shredded
— 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
— ½ Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Step 3
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Step 4
Grill hot dogs until charred and warmed through.
Step 5
Assemble hot dogs by topping each Long Potato Roll with a spoonful of prepared vinegar cole slaw, hot dog, drizzle of barbecue sauce, and your choice of crushed potato chips. Enjoy!
