Large Apples, cut into 1/2-inch wedges

Package (5 Ounces) Mixed Salad Greens

Cup Walnut Halves, toasted

Cup Crumbled Blue Cheese

Slices Martin’s Cinnamon-Sugar Swirl Potato Bread
Directions
  1. To Make Croutons: Cut Swirl Bread into cubes, toss with 1-2 tbsp. olive oil, and bake in a 350 degree F oven until crispy.

  2. To Make Salad Dressing: Whisk together 6 tbsp. olive oil, cilantro, orange juice, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, salt, and sriracha in a medium bowl, toss apples with 1/4 cup dressing. Let stand 10 minutes.

  3. Place apple slices on a grill rack over medium heat; reserve marinade left in bowl. Grill apples, covered, until tender and lightly browned, 3-4 minutes per side, brushing with reserved marinade.

  4. To serve, toss salad greens with remaining dressing. Top with grilled apples, walnuts, cheese, and Swirl Bread croutons.
