For Dressing

1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, finely grated

2 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice

2 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

2 Tablespoon Milk

1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt

For Salad

1 Cup Garlic Parmesan Croutons with Martin’s Potato Bread

3 Romaine Hearts, roughly chopped into 1/2” pieces

1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shaved

Freshly Cracked Black Pepper

Serves: 6


Step 1: Make Croutons

Make Garlic Parmesan Croutons with Martin’s Potato Bread.

Step 2: Prepare Dressing

Place all dressing ingredients in small bowl. Whisk together until smooth. For best results, whisk for at least 15-30 seconds to ensure ingredients are well combined. Taste dressing and season with a bit more salt, only if needed.

Step 3: Toss Salad

In large salad bowl, add lettuce, parmesan cheese, and croutons. Add dressing and toss until fully mixed.

Step 4: Serve

Season with freshly cracked black pepper and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, if desired. Serve immediately.

Step 5

Serve alone or with a side of Cheddar Seafood Chowder.
