8 Ounces Spicy Sausage, crumbled
Canola oil, for frying
1 Cup Flour
6 Ounces Martin’s Potato Bread Homemade Stuffing Cubes
Chicken Stock (for preparing stuffing)
1 tablespoon of parsley (optional)
1 tablespoon of thyme (optional)

Directions
Step 1
Make stuffing according to Mrs. Martins Famous Stuffing recipe (below). Cook with chicken stock for added flavor. Add extra seasonings, if desired. Allow to cool slightly.
Step 2
Add oil to a large skillet to a depth of about 1/4 inch and heat over medium heat. Meanwhile, roll sausage into small balls. Once the oil is heated, cook sausage balls until golden brown.
Step 3
Remove sausage from pan and drain in a paper towel-lined bowl.
Step 4
Once drained, cover each sausage ball in stuffing and set aside on a plate. Roll each stuffing ball in flour.
Step 5
Meanwhile, heat canola oil in a large skillet to about 350 degrees. Once heated, carefully drop each sausage stuffing balls into the oil and cook for about 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 6
Once stuffing balls have cooled, serve.
