Egg Salad Sandwich

2 Slices Martin’s 100% Whole Wheat Potato Bread

2 Eggs, hard-boiled

2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon Mustard

Salt and Pepper, to taste

Paprika, to taste

Lettuce (optional)

Optional: Chopped green onions or celery, fresh vegetables

Serves: 1


Step 1

Hard-boil two eggs. Cool, peel and chop.

Step 2

Place chopped eggs in bowl and stir in mayonnaise, mustard, spices, and any additional desired ingredients.

Step 3

Spread mixture onto one slice of bread, top with second slice.

Step 4

Serve with fresh vegetables, if desired.
