Butter BreadIngredients
2 Slices Martin’s Old-Fashioned Butter Bread
¼ Cup Gouda Cheese, shredded
3 Tablespoons Asiago Cheese, grated
1 Slice White Cheddar Cheese
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons Butter, divided
1 Clove Garlic, Crushed
1 Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
1 Pinch Thyme

Directions
Step 1
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a small bowl. Add crushed garlic clove, red pepper flakes, and pinch of thyme.
Step 2
Spread both slices of bread with ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard.
Step 3
On one slice of bread, add cheddar cheese, Gouda cheese, and Asiago cheese.
Step 4
Place the other slice of bread on top of the cheese, mustard side down.
Step 5
Using a pastry brush, brush the butter mixture onto the top and bottom of the sandwich.
Step 6
In a large skillet over medium heat, add remaining butter and allow to melt. Cook sandwiches on each side until bread is golden brown and cheese has melted. Serve warm.
