Cuban Sliders


One Pork Tenderloin, seasoned

12 Martin's Dinner Potato Rolls, sliced in half

12 Pieces Deli Ham

12 Pieces Swiss Cheese



12 Slices Dill Pickle


Step 1

Grill pork on medium heat, turning often, until fully cooked.

Step 2

While the pork is grilling, prepare the slider toppings.

Step 3

To toast the buns, lightly butter them and place them butter-side-down on the grill until lightly toasted.

Step 4

When the pork is done (145 degrees), remove it from the grill and let it rest on a cutting board for a few minutes.  Slice the pork thinly and assemble sliders.
