6 Pork Chops
1/2 Large Onion, chopped
1-2 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
3/4 Cup Musselman’s Apple Butter
1-2 Cups Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt
Black Pepper
Martin’s Dinner Potato Rolls, to serve
Serves: 6
Directions
Step 1
Season pork chops generously with salt and pepper. Then arrange pork chops in the crockpot.
Step 2
Top the pork chops with the onions and garlic.
Step 3
Spoon the apple butter on top of the onions. Pour apple cider vinegar over top.
Step 4
Put the crockpot lid on. Let it cook for 4-6 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low.
Step 5
When fully cooked, give the pork chops a stir to break apart into chunks, or as desired. Serve with Martin’s Dinner Potato Rolls on the side or as a sandwich.
