Pounds Chuck Roast, trimmed and cut into cubes

(0.7 oz) Packet Italian Dressing Seasoning

Ounces Pepperoncini (or Banana Peppers), plus some juice

Ounces Giardiniera (Italian-Style Pickled Vegetables), drained

Cups Beef Broth

Slices Provolone Cheese

Directions
  1. Place chuck roast, Italian dressing seasoning, pepperoncini peppers (with juice), giardiniera, and beef broth into a slow cooker.

  2. Cover with lid and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.

  3. Shred beef with a fork, then cook on low for 1 more hour.

  4. Remove shredded beef and place on Martin’s Hoagie Rolls.

  5. Top each sandwich with 2 slices provolone, and extra pepperoncini and giardiniera, if desired.
