Cranberry Bacon Brie Grilled Cheese
4 Slices Martin’s Maple Brown Sugar Swirl Potato Bread
2 Tablespoons Butter
4 Teaspoons of Cranberry Sauce
6 Slices Brie Cheese
3 Slices Bacon, cooked until crispy
Red Pepper Flakes
Spread butter on one side of all 4 pieces of bread.
Start with 2 slices of bread with butter sided down. Top each slice of bread with cranberry sauce, 3 slices of brie cheese, 3 slices of bacon, red pepper flakes, and top with another slice of bread with butter side up.
Cook sandwich for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown. Flip sandwich over and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Serve warm.
