Prepare Cranberry Sauce: In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice, granulated sugar, and orange zest. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in jellied cranberry sauce; cook for 4-5 minutes more, then remove from heat. Transfer to a heat-proof bowl and set in fridge to jell, about 30 minutes.
Prepare Brie: Preheat oven to 375 F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place brie wheel on parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Top warm brie wheel with some of the jelled cranberry sauce (about ¼ portion) and shaved almonds.
Serve with assorted Martin’s breads, flattened and baked, and a knife for spreading.
