Cinnamon-Raisin Swirl Potato BreadIngredients
4 Slices Martin’s Cinnamon-Raisin Swirl Potato Bread
1 Tablespoon Fresh Sage, chopped
6 Tablespoons Butter, room temperature, divided
1 Granny Smith Apple, thinly sliced
2 Large Yellow Onions, thinly sliced
4 Ounces Cheddar Cheese, finely shredded
2 Ounces Brie Cheese
2 Teaspoons of Kosher Salt

Directions
Step 1
Heat 2 tablespoons unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and salt and stir occasionally. Add 3 tablespoons of water and cover for 3-5 minutes. Continue to cook, stirring every few minutes for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden.
Step 2
Prepare other ingredients: Combine sage with 4 tablespoons butter and generous pinch of salt. Remove rind from brie cheese and slice into ½-inch cubes.
Step 3
To assemble, spread 1 tbsp. sage butter on one slice of Martin’s Swirl Bread. Then, buttered side down, top with brie cheese, then cheddar cheese, then apples in a single layer, slightly overlapping; then add ¼ cup caramelized onions. Top with another slice of bread. Spread 1 tablespoon sage butter on the top piece of bread.
Step 4
Cook sandwich in a panini maker for about 3-5 minutes, until golden. Repeat with second sandwich. Serve warm & enjoy!
