12 Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls
8 Bacon Slices
1 Avocado
Salt and Pepper, to taste
2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
4 Large Romaine Leaves
1 Tomato, sliced
1 Pound Sliced Turkey
1 Mango, thinly sliced
Serves: 12
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Place the bacon in a large skillet and cook until crisp. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate and set aside.
Step 3
Slice the sheet of Dinner Rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected. Lay the rolls on a sheet pan and bake for about 5 minutes, or until toasted, to dry out the rolls slightly.
Step 4
Remove the pit and skin from the avocado and place in another bowl. Roughly mash, season with salt and pepper, then stir in lime juice.
Step 5
Remove the top sheet of rolls, then layer lettuce, tomato, turkey, bacon, mango, and avocado spread on the bottom sheet of rolls.
Step 6
Place top buns over filling.
Step 7
Cut into individual sliders before serving.
