Béarnaise-Glazed Mini Dinner Rolls

Ingredients


12 Martin’s Party Rolls

3 Egg Yolks

1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar

½ Cup Unsalted Butter, melted

1 Tablespoon Dried Thyme

1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley

½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Kosher Salt

Freshly Cracked Black Pepper


Serves: 6

Directions


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Heat butter in a small saucepan until boiling.

Step 3

Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl, whisk together egg yolks and vinegar until mixture grows in volume. Then, stir in spices.

Step 4

Slowly stir hot butter into egg mixture, while whisking, until fully incorporate and the glaze is thick and smooth.

Step 5

Arrange Party Rolls on a greased baking sheet with wax paper. Liberally brush mixture over rolls.

Step 6

Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes until glaze solidifies and rolls are toasted.
