BBQ Ranch Burgers

Ingredients


For the Burgers:

1 Pound Ground Chuck, formed into 4 1/4-pound patties

Montreal Steak Seasoning

4 Martin’s Sandwich Potato Rolls

Sliced Tomato

Lettuce or Baby Greens

For the BBQ Ranch Sauce:

1 Cup Buttermilk

1 Cup Mayonnaise

1 Packet Ranch Dressing Mix

1 Cup BBQ Sauce

2 Teaspoons Freshly Cracked Black Pepper


Servings: 4

Directions


Step 1

For the Burgers:
Season burger patties with steak seasoning and grill to desired doneness.

Step 2

For the BBQ Ranch Sauce:
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Step 3

Assemble burgers using Martin’s Sandwich Potato Rolls, fresh lettuce, sliced tomato and hamburgers. Top with BBQ Ranch sauce and serve!
