Baked Pineapple Casserole
10 Slices Martin’s Old-Fashioned Butter Bread, cubed
1/2 Cup Butter, softened
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cans (20 oz.) Crushed Pineapple, drained
3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Pineapple Slices, for garnish
Maraschino Cherries, for garnish
Rosemary Sprig, for garnish
Preheat oven to 325°F.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Add in crushed pineapple and lemon juice; mix to combine.
Fold in bread cubes.
Pour mixture into a greased 13×9-inch baking dish.
Bake uncovered, for 35-40 minutes or until set.
Garnish with pineapple rings, cherries, and rosemary sprigs; serve.
