For Sliders:
2 Packs Martin’s Sweet Party Potato Rolls (24 rolls total)
1 Pound Chipped Ham
1/2 Pound Gruyere Cheese, shredded
For Sauce:
1 Stick Salted Butter, melted
1 Egg, beaten
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
For Garnish:
Powdered Sugar (optional)
Cranberry Sauce (optional)
Serves: 12
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Step 2
Cut each sheet Martin’s Sweet Party Potato Rolls in half horizontally. Carefully separate the top and bottom halves, then remove the top half of each bun and set them aside.
Step 3
Place all the bottom halves of the buns in a circular wreath shape on an ungreased 18-inch pizza pan.
Step 4
Layer the ham and gruyere cheese evenly over the rolls.
Step 5
In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients until smooth.
Step 6
Pour half of the sauce over the layered cheese and meat.
Step 7
Place the top half of the rolls over the assembled ingredients, pressing down lightly.
Step 8
Pour the remaining sauce over the tops, brushing to distribute evenly.
Step 9
Bake covered with aluminum foil for 25-30 minutes.
Step 10
Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 11
Cut into individual sliders with a sharp knife.
Step 12
Dust generously with powdered sugar.
Step 13
Serve warm with cranberry sauce on the side for dipping.
Step 14
Optional: Decorate with Christmas herbs and cranberries.
