1/2 Teaspoon Paprika

1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

2 Pounds Tilapia Fillets (fresh or frozen, thawed)

2 Tablespoons Melted Butter

Lemon, for serving

Tartar Sauce, for serving

Serves: 4-6

Directions

Step 1

Pulse toasted bread slices into bread crumbs using food processor; should yield about ½ cup breadcrumbs.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 375 F. Grease a medium baking sheet.

Step 3

Stir together milk and salt in a shallow bowl.

Step 4

Combine bread crumbs, paprika, and Parmesan cheese in another shallow bowl.

Step 5

Pat fish fillets dry with a paper towel.

Step 6

Coat fillets by dipping first into milk mixture, then into crumb mixture.

Step 7

Arrange breaded fillets on the prepared baking dish, leaving space between. Drizzle melted butter over fillets.
