3 Slices Martin’s Old-Fashioned Real Butter Bread, lightly toasted
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Pounds Tilapia Fillets (fresh or frozen, thawed)
2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
Lemon, for serving
Tartar Sauce, for serving
Serves: 4-6
Directions
Step 1
Pulse toasted bread slices into bread crumbs using food processor; should yield about ½ cup breadcrumbs.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 375 F. Grease a medium baking sheet.
Step 3
Stir together milk and salt in a shallow bowl.
Step 4
Combine bread crumbs, paprika, and Parmesan cheese in another shallow bowl.
Step 5
Pat fish fillets dry with a paper towel.
Step 6
Coat fillets by dipping first into milk mixture, then into crumb mixture.
Step 7
Arrange breaded fillets on the prepared baking dish, leaving space between. Drizzle melted butter over fillets.
Step 8
Bake fish for 25 to 30 minutes, depending on the thickness of fillets. The fish should flake easily with a fork when done.
Step 9
Serve immediately, with a lemon wedge and tartar sauce for dipping.
