Open-Faced Ladybug BLT

Ingredients


1 Slice Martin’s Whole Wheat Potato Bread, toasted

1 Tablespoon Mayo

2 Slices Cooked Bacon

1 Lettuce Leaf

1 Slice Tomato

1 Large Pitted Black Olive

6 Slices Black Olive

2 Lettuce Stems


Directions


Step 1

Spread mayonnaise on toasted slice of Whole Wheat Potato Bread. Place 2 slices of bacon on top of the mayo. Place 1 lettuce leaf on top of the bacon. Slice tomato in half and place it on top of the lettuce, slightly separated at the back. Place 3 slices of black olive on each slice of tomato. Place large black olive at the front of the tomato for the ladybug’s head. Place 2 lettuce leaf stems in the black olive hole for the ladybug’s antennae. Place 2 small dabs of mayo and specks of black pepper on the large black olive for eyes.
