Crispy Fish Sliders
8 Frozen Breaded/Battered Fish Fillets (Pollock or Cod work great)
4 Martin’s Dinner Potato Rolls
6 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing
1 Teaspoon Hot Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
Lettuce, for serving
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Bake fish fillets according to the package instructions.
Meanwhile, prepare cayenne ranch sauce: In a bowl, mix together the ranch dressing, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, and chili powder until well combined.
Slice Dinner Potato Rolls in half. Place two cooked fish sticks (depending on size) onto the bottom of each roll. Top with lettuce and cayenne ranch sauce. Cover with top bun and serve.
