Butter BreadIngredients
8 Ounces Cream Cheese, softened
12 Ounces Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce
8 Ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
3 Ounces Mozzarella Cheese, grated
4 Ounces Pepper Jack Cheese, grated
4 Green Onions, thinly sliced
12 Ounces Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 Loaf Martin’s Old-Fashioned Real Butter Bread (14 Slices)
Serves: 14-18
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F.
Step 2
Prepare crostini: Flatten each slice of Martin’s Butter Bread using a rolling pin. Use a cookie cutter or knife to cut out shapes and remove crusts. Arrange crostini on a prepared baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and hot sauce. Mix until combined. Stir in cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, pepper jack cheese, green onions, and bacon. Note: Reserve some crumbled bacon and green onions to use for garnish.
Step 4
Carefully spoon dip into 9×9” baking dish and top with Parmesan cheese.
Step 5
Bake dip for 30-45 minutes or until heated through and cheese is completely melted.
Step 6
Garnish with reserved crumbled bacon and sliced green onions. Serve immediately, with crostini for dipping.
