I had my first party of the summer last night ????! I made lots of yummy dishes including these awesome Chicken Cordon Bleu sliders using @potatorolls! When you have a craving for a shrimp roll and shrimp toast at the same time…you make a shrimp toast roll with bacon/Ritz cracker topping and nom yourself into oblivion. I made these with buttered Martin’s @potatorolls (is there any other kind?) and flattened them while they cooked, so they came out all crisp yet somehow still chewy. It’s truly magic bread. Oh, and the shrimp is seasoned with Old Bay because magic bread calls for magic seasoning. When I’m planning a summer party with friends I keep it simple with avocado toast on Martin’s Potato Bread. Getting a little fancy with ribbons of avo, a smear of ricotta, a sprinkle of salt, pepper, crushed red pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Then I keep it classic with a remake of my favorite Colombian hot dog, using Martin’s Long Potato Roll, stuffed with mozz, pineapple, crushed potato chips and a drizzle of sriracha mayo.
