Chicken Parmesan Hoagie
This Italian-inspired creation features a lightly-breaded chicken breast, topped with fresh mozzarella, parmesan cheese, basil, and marinara sauce, all stacked in a Martin’s Hoagie Roll. You can serve it as a hoagie or use a sandwich press to turn it into a grilled panini; either way is delicious!
Chicken Fajita Grilled Cheese
This Tex-Mex style meal turns your traditional fajita into a cheesy grilled sandwich. Stuffed with grilled chicken, peppers and onions, cilantro, lime juice, and spices, and covered with melted cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses, this is one delicious dish.
