Our first blog series will be on health and fitness. At Martin’s we encourage healthy living but we know that can sometimes be a challenge. That’s why we’re focusing on health this season to share some tips and encouragement with our fans! We also hope to share how Martin’s Potato Rolls and Bread can be a nutritious part of your everyday life!

Over the next several months, we will be sharing a few of our employees’ New Year’s resolutions and following their journeys as they work to achieve them. Throughout the next few weeks we will be introducing our Resolution Champions – sharing a little bit about them and what they are aiming to achieve. Each week we will share updates on their progress to help encourage others in their journeys as well. We hope you’ll tune in each week to hear fun stories and in turn, share yours!

We will also be sharing featured articles from some industry experts, as well as tips and recipes to help with your health-related goals. Tune in to our social media pages and newsletter to make sure you don’t miss anything!

If you’d like to follow along with our Resolution Champions, use these questions as a guideline to gauge how you are progressing:

Jot down your answers each week and keep a journal of how well your resolution strategy is working for you. Then adjust your strategy accordingly to help you achieve your goal! We’d love for you to update us on our social media pages with how you are doing! It might help encourage others to achieve their goals, or you might just find some encouragement yourself!

Also, starting tomorrow (1/1/15) be sure to tell us your resolution on our social media sites for a chance to win coupons! If you keep up with your resolution, you’ll have another chance later on to win more prizes!
