Beat together the eggs and milk.
Whisk in the vanilla and cinnamon.
Melt 1 Tbsp butter in a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Dip the rolls in the batter.
Fry the rolls in the butter until browned on each side.
To make the Maple Whiskey Butter Sauce:
Melt 8 Tbsp (1/2 cup) butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
Whisk in the maple syrup, whipping cream, and maple whiskey.
Pour over French Toast and serve.
