Individual Cinnamon Raisin French Toast Stratas

4 Cups Cubed (1-inch) Martin’s® Cinnamon-Raisin Swirl Potato Bread

6 Large Eggs

1 1/2 Cups Half-and-Half

6 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

1 Pinch Salt

3 Tablespoons Salted Butter, melted

2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar

Serves: 8-12


Step 1

Whisk eggs, half-and-half, syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.

Step 2

Toss bread with butter; divide among 12 muffin cups.

Step 3

Pour egg mixture over bread; let sit while you preheat oven to 350°.

Step 4

Sprinkle bread mixture with sugar.

Step 5

Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool on rack.

Step 6

Serve with more maple syrup, fresh berries, and powdered sugar.
