Prosciutto Picnic Sandwiches
Ingredients

Pack Martin’s Hoagie Rolls (6 Rolls)
1/4
Pound Prosciutto, thinly sliced
2
Cups Arugula
8
Ounces (½ lb.) Fresh Mozzarella
 
Condiments such as Dijon mustard or balsamic glaze, for serving
Directions
  1. Split and toast the hoagie rolls in 350 degree oven until slightly crisp.

  2. To prepare: Layer hoagie rolls with arugula, prosciutto, and freshly sliced mozzarella cheese. Top with desired condiments such as Dijon mustard or balsamic glaze.

  3. Serve. (Tip: This makes a great meal to pack for a picnic! Just make sure to bring along any utensils necessary for assembling.)
