Sauté mushrooms in a few tablespoons of butter.
Place remaining ingredients into a mixing bowl. Add cooked mushrooms, stir well.
Add to an oven safe dish and top with extra cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden. Alternately, you can broil for 1-2 minutes at the end until cheese is golden.
Serve with toasted Martin’s Butter Bread “crackers.”
