Smoky Bacon Mushroom Dip
Ingredients
6-8
Ounces White Button Mushrooms, finely chopped

Slices Crisp Cooked Bacon, finely chopped (save some for garnish)

Ounces Cream Cheese, room temperature

Cup Mayonnaise
1 3/4
Cup Italian Cheese Blend (plus ¼ cup for the top, if desired)

Cloves Fresh Garlic, minced (or 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder)
1 1/2
Teaspoons Italian Seasoning

Slices Martin’s Old-Fashioned Real Butter Bread, quartered and toasted
Directions
  1. Sauté mushrooms in a few tablespoons of butter.

  2. Place remaining ingredients into a mixing bowl. Add cooked mushrooms, stir well.

  3. Add to an oven safe dish and top with extra cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden. Alternately, you can broil for 1-2 minutes at the end until cheese is golden.

  4. Serve with toasted Martin’s Butter Bread “crackers.”
