Brisket Grilled Cheese
Ingredients

Slices Martin's Potato Bread

Tablespoons Butter
1/2
Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2
Cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
2-3
Slices Prepared Brisket, shredded or chopped
Directions
  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.

  2. On two of the slices, buttered-side down, top with shredded Cheddar cheese, a layer of brisket, then a layer of shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Top with remaining two bread slices, buttered side up.

  3. Grill sandwiches on a skillet or griddle over medium heat until golden brown and toasted on both sides and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes.
