Sonoran Dog
Ingredients

Cup Mayonnaise

Teaspoon Milk

Hot Dogs

Slices Bacon

15-Ounce Can Ranch-Style Beans, drained and warmed

Avocados, diced

Martin's Long Potato Rolls
Directions
  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat.

  2. Make pico de gallo.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and milk. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk as needed.

  4. Wrap each hot dog in a strip of bacon; set aside.

  5. Grill hot dogs until the bacon is brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes.

  6. To assemble, scoop the beans evenly into the hot dog buns. Add the hot dog and top with the avocado and pico de gallo, then drizzle the mayonnaise on each hot dog.

  7. Serve immediately.
