We use high protein wheat flour (and for our whole wheat products we use 100% stone-ground whole wheat), nonfat milk, potatoes, real cane sugar, yeast, sunflower oil, and butter in our bakery products. Although many other bakeries may “cut corners” and use cheaper ingredients—such as whey, corn syrup, and hydrogenated shortening instead of milk, sugar, and butter—we believe that using high quality ingredients is absolutely necessary and we wouldn’t do it any other way. The best ingredients make the best bread! Delicious and wholesome!
We are very dedicated to our customers and always committed to baking a great-tasting and high-quality product. We can proudly say that our products are “non-GMO;” soy, peanut, and tree nut free; and do not contain artificial coloring or the dough conditioner ADA.
We have spent a lot of time working on our recipe so that our bakery products are not only fresh when you buy them, but they stay fresh for quite a long time, even after you take them home. The good news is: you don’t have to bake your own! You can have fresh and delicious bread and rolls in your house anytime! We bake our award-winning rolls and bread, transport them quickly to the store, and then we only leave them on the store shelves for 3-4 days, which is a significantly shorter amount of time than our competitors. We work hard to make sure that you get the freshest, tastiest product possible!
