23 Sweet Party Potato Rolls
8 Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, sliced into thirds crosswise
3 Tablespoons Butter, melted
1 Tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese, plus more for garnish
1 1/2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped
1/2 Tablespoon Fresh Basil, chopped
1/2-1 Clove Garlic, grated
1 Jar Ragu Kettle Cooked Marinara Sauce, for dipping
Yield: 23 Pull-Apart Bites
Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3
Hollow out each Martin’s Sweet Party Potato Roll (poke a hole in each side with the end of a wooden spoon and move in a circular motion until wide enough), then stuff with mozzarella cheese.
Step 4
Place prepared rolls on the baking sheet in the shape of a tree.
Step 5
Heat the butter until melted. Stir in parmesan cheese, grated garlic, and all of the herbs.
Step 6
Brush garlic herb butter generously onto rolls.
Step 7
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 8
Sprinkle additional parmesan cheese over the top.
Step 9
Serve immediately with warmed marinara sauce for dipping.
