Green Apple Chutney Dogs

Ingredients

1 Green Apple

1 Cucumber

2 Tomatillo

1-1/2 Teaspoons Curry Powder

2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar

1 Tablespoon Honey

1 Small Yellow Onion

6 Hot Dogs

6 Martin’s Long Potato Rolls

Serves: 6

Directions

Step 1

Grill, boil, or sauté hot dogs to desired doneness.

Step 2

Combine all chutney ingredients in a sauté pan and cook until apples are slightly translucent

Step 3

Place hot dogs in buns and top with apple chutney. Serve.
