Sweet Party Potato RollsIngredients
12 Martin’s Sweet Party Potato Rolls (1 Pack), split in half horizontally
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Ketchup
Lettuce
Bacon
12 Frozen Chicken Nuggets
3 Slices Cheddar Cheese, split in quarters
Desired Seasoning, to taste (such as salt, pepper, garlic powder)
Serves: 4-6
Directions
Step 1
Cook chicken nuggets in oven or pan, according to package directions
Step 2
Cook bacon to liking. Cut into 2 inch pieces.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and any desired seasonings.
Step 4
Spread mixture onto bottom half of plain or toasted Sweet Party Potato Rolls.
Step 5
Top with small lettuce leaf, cooked chicken nugget, cheese slice, 1 small slice of bacon, and top of roll.
